Implementation Arrangement will be as below:

· NDDB would install and manage the National Portal.

· NDDB would provide the Compiled object code for Federation and Union Portals apart from DCS level Software.

· EIA, if so desire, can appoint a vendor for Field Level implementation of project.

· NDDB would provide implementation and training manual.

· NDDB would provide detailed training to implementation team at cost in order to prepare them for actual field training, implementation and support.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would install and manage the Federation and Union Portal and will establish connectivity of these portals with National Portal.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would also integrate these portals with SMS gateway and union / Federation system for two day data interchange if required.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would create users accounts for all DCS on union portal and would provide users credentials to DCS secretary appropriately.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would provide the training to actual field level DCS users in using DCS application as well as union Portal.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would install the software at DCS level only after confirmation from union portal of DCS credentials.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would install the software at DCS level, establish connectivity with Union Portal, manage interfaces with various equipment, configure the software, update the initial data from union portal and help DCS in managing / updating master data.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would provide all necessary L1 and L2 support to the field users.

· NDDB would provide the L3 support to EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA at cost.

· NDDB would also periodically enhance the system and make it available to all EIAs suitably.

· NDDB would publish the mobile application and these would be available to all eligible users after due verification.

· EIA or Field Level team selected by EIA would also provide support to Farmers, DCS secretary and Dairy supervisors in using mobile application. Train the trainer approach can be used for these training and support.
